Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Please contact us at info@ironupsports.co.nz before sending anything back, so we can approve the return and provide instructions.

Exchanges

• Need a different size, style, or product? Let us know! We’ll happily exchange your item if it’s returned in original condition within 14 days.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
